When shopping for a particular vitamin or supplement, we suggest that you enter the brand or keyword in the "search" provided. When shopping for health and wellness products, we suggest that you also utilize the "search" provided by using the general ailment or product category dropdown menu. When you want to purchase a product, you may place it in your shopping cart and continue shopping, or check out with your purchase. No order will be processed until you check out. Is there a minimum order?

Yes, due to our wholesale pricing structure, there is a minimum order requirement of $30.00 excluding shipping for vitamins, supplements and herbs.

What is your return policy?

All purchases at iDiscountVitamins.com include a 30 day no-questions-asked guarantee with the exceptions noted below. In the unlikely event that you receive defective merchandise, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible to determine the best method for replacement or repair of your defective product. For products damaged during shipping, you must first contact the carrier for inspection of the damaged product. After 30 days, the manufacturer should be contacted for either repair or replacement depending on the individual manufacture's warranty. Manufacturer contact information is usually found in the warranty, or instruction manual, or on the package.

Before returning any product, you will first need to obtain authorization from our return department by calling 1-800-561-8230, or by e-mail to returns@iDiscountVitamins.com. Any product returned without prior authorization will be returned to the sender at their expense. Non-defective products deemed by us to be unsalable will be accessed a 15% restocking fee (This fee usually covers the cost associated with us returning the product to the manufacture). You may then return the item by insured carrier to iDiscountVitamins.com. To help our quality control department, please enclose a short note of explanation with your return. After inspecting the product to insure that it was returned in its original condition, iDiscountVitamins.com will promptly credit you with your full product purchase price. All returns should be shipped postage prepaid . We suggest insurance at your option.Shipping charges will be refunded if the product was shipped in error.

Please note that as a matter of business iDiscountVitamins.com may have absorbed all or part of the shipping charges associated with your original order. In this situation we reserve the right to deduct our "actual" shipping costs from your credit.

We cannot accept returns of vitamins or supplements once they have been opened.

What are the shipping costs and policies with regard to purchasing vitamins and supplements?

Most orders for vitamins and supplements are shipped within 24 hours via UPS, Federal Express or comparable carrier.

For all Vitamin and Supplement orders, there is a flat shipping charge of $5.95, regardless of weight or quantity.

Next day shipping is available for an additional (Added to $5.95 standard charge) charge of $24.50. Two day shipping is available for an additional (Added to $5.95 standard shipping charge) charge of $13.50. Additional charges may apply depending on weight. We will notify you of any additional charges before shipping.

Orders destined for Hawaii , Puerto Rico or Alaska will ship via Two day service at an additional $13.50 charge.Additional charges may apply depending on weight. We will notify you of any additional charges before shipping.

UPS and Federal Express will not ship to P.O Boxes. Please include a complete street address for all orders.
